1. Who we are

CyberSafe is an Estonia-registered cyber-security training company. Contact: info@cybersafe.ee.

2. What data we collect

Through our contact form you can send us: your name, email, phone (optional), selected course, preferred date, and a message.

When you visit the site we collect anonymised usage statistics (Vercel Analytics) — pages viewed, device class, geographic region. This data cannot identify you.

3. Why we collect data

We use your contact data only to reply to your request, confirm your booking, and send payment instructions.

After the course we use your contact data to grant access to the Telegram channel.

We use statistics to improve the site. We never sell data to third parties.

4. Where data is stored

The site is hosted on Vercel (US, EU regions). Telegram messages go directly to us (Telegram LLC). Email is handled via Google Workspace.

These services comply with GDPR and do not share data outside the EU.

5. Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right to: request a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict processing, and be notified of data breaches. Send any request to info@cybersafe.ee — we reply within 30 days.

6. Data retention

Active student data is retained for 7 years (bookkeeping requirements). Contact-form data without a booking is deleted after 12 months.
